VOLUNTEER AT THE LIBRARY
Become a Volunteer!

If you're looking for even more engagement with the Library, why not consider becoming a volunteer? We need adults and teens to help with programs, scan local history documents, assemble craft kits, and more.

DiscoveryWorks offers a special volunteer opportunity through its Ambassador program, which helps enhance our visitor experiences through exhibit interpretation, sharing our story, and fostering a more in-depth appreciation for DiscoveryWorks' programs, services, and activities. Ambassadors also play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, facilitating educational experiences, and promoting lifelong learning for all DiscoveryWorks explorers.

Tarot is well known to consist of 78 cards, each of which symbolizes an archetypal human experience or event. It’s equally well known as a means of fortune-telling. But what is not so well known is the spiritual philosophy that weaves the 78 separate cards together into a profound story about the origin and destiny of the Soul. It’s a story that everyone could benefit from knowing, whether you’re interested in Tarot or you are simply a spiritual seeker.
