Become a Volunteer! If you're looking for even more engagement with the Library, why not consider becoming a volunteer? We need adults and teens to help with programs, scan local history documents, assemble craft kits, and more. DiscoveryWorks offers a special volunteer opportunity through its Ambassador program, which helps enhance our visitor experiences through exhibit interpretation, sharing our story, and fostering a more in-depth appreciation for DiscoveryWorks' programs, services, and activities. Ambassadors also play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, facilitating educational experiences, and promoting lifelong learning for all DiscoveryWorks explorers. Upcoming DW Ambassador training sessions: - Thurs., Sept. 4, 4pm
- Mon., Sept. 8, 6pm
