Aging Mastery Program Wednesdays, July 31 - October 2 , 2:30 pm Multi-Purpose Room The 10 week Aging Mastery Program will help baby boomers and older adults take key steps to improve their well-being, add stability to their lives and strengthen ties to the community. Classes include: 1) the Basics of Aging Mastery, 2) Exercise and You, 3) Sleep, 4) Healthy Eating and Hydration, 5) Financial Fitness, 6) Medication Management, 7) Advance Planning, 8) Healthy Relationships, 9) Falls Prevention, and 10) Community Engagement. Grades K-5 Jason Lindsey, aka "Mr. Science," is a nationally recognized meteorologist, STEM educator, and author. He's appeared on television stations across America, including the NBC Today Show, getting kids "Hooked on Science." His hands-on, kid-friendly, science enrichment programs and camps are offered throughout the year and have hooked thousands of kids on Science. Get your entire family hooked on Science with this hands-on science program, where parents discover specific science concepts that kids are learning in the classroom. Then we will end with 6 hands-on science stations, where parents and kids use what they've learned, to problem solve, as a family. Registration is required!
