The programwill take place Thursday, September 18 at 7 p.m. at the Adam W. Herbert University Center, University of North Florida, 12000 Alumni Drive.

Keynote Storyteller
Kambiz GhaneaBassiri is Associate Professor of Religion and Humanities at Reed College in Portland, Oregon and was named a 2012 John Simon Guggenheim Fellow in Humanities. GhaneaBassiri is a national scholar for "Let's Talk About It: Muslim Journeys."
Three students will share their stories through spoken word and music: UNF alumna Jericha Russell (Anthropology/Gender Studies, 2014), UNF senior Adah Shair (Engineering, 2015) and University of Florida junior, Omar Zeinelabdin of Jacksonville (Biochemistry, 2015).
Let’s Talk About It: Muslim Journeys, a reading and discussion series, has been made possible through a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities in cooperation with the American Library Association.
