Libraries are the mainstays of democracy. The first thing dictators do when taking
over a country is close all the libraries, because libraries are full of ideas and differences
of opinion, all the things we say we want in a free and open society. So keep ‘em,
fund ‘em, embrace and cherish ‘em. ~ David Baldacci

Are overdue fines keeping you away?
We want you back!
Come into the library during National Library Week and we’ll forgive your fines when you check out! Just come to the desk with materials to check out and say “Happy National Library Week”. Our Library Assistants will see that all fines* on your card are forgiven.
