Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that is practiced while seated in a chair. Chair yoga can improve flexibility, strength, balance, reduce stress and anxiety, increase circulation and support joint health. Register today to join us on Zoom.
Dinner & A Movie! Showing - We Live In Time

Come have dinner at the library and watch a movie on our big screen with surround sound.  For only $5, you are treated to pizza, salad, water, popcorn and a small dessert!  Money due at registration. Doors open between 4:45PM and 5PM. No walk-ins. Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the event in order to receive a refund.  Movie starts BY 5:15 PM!

ALL cardholders may register now. Registration in-person at the library only.  Limit 50.

Stop by at NPL’s LGBTQ+ club! Each monthly meeting will have a different activity. This is an inclusive space welcoming of allies, members of the community, and those still unsure where they belong. Respect and understanding take center stage as we create an inclusive space for everyone. Meetings will take place in the Community room at 3:15pm. Open to grades 7-12.

Miss Kristen offers a casual space for you to hang out, play video games, and do homework. 

Sign up once for the whole school year.  We will not meet on days when school is not in session.

PARENT email and phone number is REQUIRED. Students must remain in the program room for the duration of the program - we do not have enough seating in the main Children's Room or outside for those wishing to leave early.

NANUET LIBRARY RENOVATION UPDATES
The Next Steps...

Now that the Bond for the Proposed Renovation has been approved we are in the next steps of the process of undergoing renovation. For the next 12-18 months we will be looking at construction documents, approvals, bidding, and making other preparations. Stay tuned, as we will keep everyone updated as we progress further into the renovation process!
