Children's Programs

Registration is required for most Children's programs—go to westnyacklibrary.org and click on the blue calendar image or visit the Children's Services page and click the program link. Watch the Children's Services page for additional programs and pop-up events.



Summer Reading is here! This year's theme is Color Our World. To register, go to westnyacklibrary.org, select Children's Services, and click the registration link. Or, register in person at the library. Pick up a "starter kit" (or download a log) and start listing your "books read." Bring your log to the library starting Monday, June 30 to receive your first week's prize. See the website or the Summer Reading booklet for more info.

 
 
 

 

Ice Cream Social, Color Our World Summer Reading Program Kick-off Event  
Tuesday, July 1 at 6:30 PM
Enjoy an ice cream sundae courtesy of the Cone Zone, make a balloon creation with Jackie the Magician and register (if you haven't already!) for the Children's or Teen Reading Clubs. No registration is required for this event, but carpooling is suggested. Click here to register.
