Communicate New Changes in Service Unfortunately, the number of COVID cases are increasing in many communities. Many libraries have had to close down again or reduce the amount of service they offer in order to keep patrons and staff safe. It’s important to make sure your community knows what’s happening. You can use LibraryAware templates to keep your community aware of the changes and engaged with your library, even when physical branches are closed. We created a short video tutorial to help you.
