What's new for teens
 
Welcome back from summer break!
We are happy to see students returning from summer vacation at the Library to check out books, meet for study groups, attend programs, and have fun hanging out. As always, we welcome all students in grades 6-12 to our teen-friendly room.

College Admissions 101: How to Plan for the SAT and ACT
Tuesday, August 25, 6:30-8 PM online

Afterschool Lounge
Wednesdays 2:30 - 4:30 PM
In the Teen Room
Afterschool Lounge is held every Wednesday starting at 2:30 pm. Drop in for studying, games, and hanging out with friends. Free snacks are provided.
THURS-DIY Afterschool crafts for middle schoolers
Thursdays at 3:30-5:30 PM
In the Teen Workshop
Students in grades 6-8 are invited for Do-It-Yourself crafts. No registration needed. Bring your friends!
TEEN VOLUNTEERS
Community Service
Tuesdays starting September 1, 4-6 PM
High school students can earn community service credit for school, or just volunteer for a fun experience. Sign up to be a "helping hand".
Afterschool Homework Helpers
Mondays starting September 14, 4:30-5:30 PM
High school students are invited to tutor kids afterschool for community service credit. Sign up!
