It explores how, in just the last few decades, we've discovered thousands of planets—many far stranger than we could have ever imagined. Open Lab in the Creation Station
Every Thursday, from 12-8 p.m.
Come build, experiment, and create with our 3D printer, laser cutter, sewing machines, and more. Bring your own projects for development, prototyping, and production, or start something new working hands-on with our Creation Station equipment. A library staff member will be available to answer questions and assist with equipment setup.

We will be reading and discussing "Hidden Figures" by Margot Lee Shetterly. The book tells the story of three African-American women who worked as human computers at NASA, and explains how they overcame discrimination and racial segregation to become American achievers in mathematics, scientific, and engineering history.
