Home Alone Half Day Course Saturday, June 22nd 9am to Noon Humphrey Branch, 15 Humphrey Drive Designed for children ages 8 - 11 to give them basic emergency and safety training. Topics include: people at the door, 911 emergencies, and First Aid skills. Students need to bring water to drink. $45.00 - CASH ONLY

Babysitting Full Day Course Saturday, June 22nd 9am to 5pm Humphrey Branch, 15 Humphrey Drive Designed for ages 10 1/2 - 15 to teach babysitting, leadership, and First Aid skills. Delicious Fundraiser at the Humphrey Branch Proceeds raised from our snack bar are going towards the purchase of shelving for the growing adult fiction collection. Come see the forest display at Humphrey Branch to find this year's Forest of Reading nominees! The Forest of Reading is Canada’s largest recreational reading program where readers select the winners. Readers must read a minimum of 5 out of the 10 nominated titles, with the exception of Blue Spruce, where readers must read or be read to all 10 books, in order to qualify to vote. Voting is open for all of April. The Official Voting Day is Tuesday, April 23 @ the Humphrey Branch. Voting closes April 30.
