We started with speakers Becky Spratford (Rethinking RA Basics slides) and 2016 ARRT & ILA Readers' Advisory Service Award Winners Mike Hominick and Tracy Gossage (Social Media handout) before moving into breakout sessions on whole collection RA, training, social media, marketing and displays, and in-person RA (notes).
