I've pulled together a couple ways to offer both crowds some refreshing reads -- without you having to break a sweat.

Find the perfect "shorts" all year long.

Add PG (page count) to NoveList searches to find books of 
only a certain length. Pick a number! For example:

PG > 50 finds books over 50 pages
PG < 200 finds books under 200 pages
You can combine to find a page range. 
 
Paste this search to find some really short "shorts" --
 
(PG > 50 AND PG < 200) AND RL 1 AND NF Fiction
 
 RL 1 = adult reading level, NF Fiction = fiction only results
