Club Scene
The Pearson Effect
It feels like I can't open a magazine, check Facebook, or talk to a friend without a reference to the TV show This Is Us popping up. Clearly, I am among the many who are hooked on the compelling story of the Pearson family!  Of course, anyone who hosts a book club could have predicted its success. We know how lively and personal book club discussions can get when a family drama is being discussed. Whether in print or on TV, the dynamics among family members are simultaneously complicated and unique yet completely recognizable.

Does your book club find family dramas as engaging as mine did? If you watch This Is Us, who is your favorite Pearson? And what are your theories on how Jack died? Email me and let me know!

Happy Reading,
Halle
