Hello!

We are so glad that the library is open again because we love when you’re able to visit us. The entire team is thrilled about all the positive feedback you have shared with us during your first visit since the remodel. Thank you for all the kind words – it really means a lot to us.

We’ve heard countless times that you are finding the remodeled space lighter and more open and that you are loving the new organized layout. We are so happy that you're finding the library more accessible. Change is still coming as we continue to unpack and move things around to better meet everyone’s needs. We continue to appreciate your patience during this transition time.

One of my favorite moments from the first week we were open involved a young patron who shared that they loved having their grandma read Mo Willem’s Elephant and Piggie books. As they were exiting the library, the kiddo was hugging one Elephant and Piggie book close and proudly stated that this was the first one in the series they were going to read to grandma.

Don’t forget to sign up for Summer Reading!

Take care,
Kristen
