Warm and Fuzzy by Scott Rothman
Warm and Fuzzy
written by Scott Rothman and
illustrated by Brian Won

Reading this picture book is a lovely way to reassure worriers or overthinkers that it's ok to let go of some of those concerns and enjoy the moment. As someone who's prone to overanalyzing and overpreparing, the content is relatable. With humor to keep readers laughing, fun illustrations, and a sound message, there are many reasons why this book should make your to read list.

Snuggle Season
written and illustrated by Jaimie MacGibbon

If the cold weather has you relishing all things warm and comforting, this is a great book for this season. It's the coziest picture book I've read in quite some time! It portrays a family finding warmth in various places during winter: a hot beverage, fuzzy blanket, snuggles with a loved one or pet, or a belly full of warm food. The story touches on many fond memories children and caregivers alike will relish.

Snuggle Season by Jaimie Macgibbon
The Bestest Big Brother, Ever by Ben Mantle

The Bestest Big Brother, Ever
written and illustrated by Ben Mantle

This book is the epitome of what it means to be a sibling. Through brothers Nano and Felix, the author captures many of the highlights and struggles that come along with being a sibling. Whether it's having to constantly share, arguing, having fun, or using their imagination, readers see the brothers' frustrations and joy.

When Felix puts a sign on his treehouse to keep his younger brother out, Nano sets to work building his own fort. However, it ends up being destroyed by wind. Felix ignores his brother's pleas for help and must later find a way to make up for his absence. Check out this book to see their sweet reconciliation!
