WE'RE REOPENING
July 7, 2020
Here's what you need to know.

Welcome Back!
We’re happy to reopen our doors to the public for browsing! Following State guidelines, we ask that you keep physically distanced and wear a face covering when visiting any County of San Luis Obispo Public Library. Library staff are eager to assist you in finding your next book, movie, or accessing our numerous electronic media platforms—streaming movies, digital magazines, ebooks, audiobooks, and databases.

Please call us if you have specific questions.

LIMITED HOURS.
Hours of operation will be:
Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm

Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Cambria, Morro Bay, Los Osos, and Nipomo Libraries will be open at this time.

There will be a one-hour window for vulnerable populations from 9am-10am each open day.

RETURNING ITEMS.
All due dates of items checked out prior to March were extended to July 1, 2020 and no fines have accrued.

You can return items in any of our bookdrops and inside at any open library.

LIMITED CAPACITY.
Because we are limited in the number of people we can safely admit into our facilities, we ask that you respect the need for equal access to all of our patrons by placing holds on our online catalog for pickup, calling in requests, or browsing our collections for the materials you wish to take home with you. In-house magazines, newspapers, passport services, and Friends of the Library bookstores will not be available at this time as we are providing Grab-and-Go services. No seating is available for leisure reading.

LIMITED COMPUTER USE.
Computers have been spaced 6 feet apart and will be sanitized regularly.

Computer sessions will be limited to 20 minutes and mobile printing will be available.

CONTINUED VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING.
All events and classes will continue online.

Program rooms will remain closed until further notice.

Thank you for your patience and understanding - we can't wait to see you again!
