Notes about Write Club Holiday Parties
  • Friendsgiving Potluck: You may bring your favorite snacky treat, but please come either way! We will have space available to do workshopping, and space to just enjoy each other's company. The Library is providing bottled water and soda.

  • Holiday Social: Another opportunity for snacky treats if you would like to bring them! There will also be workshop space and socializing space at this event. For a chance at extra fun, bring a wrapped $10 or less gift to play White Elephant! There's a special surprise for the first 40 writers at the party. Feel free to wear ugly sweaters, your favorite holiday jammies, or your regular garb.

  • There will be comment cards out at BOTH these events. This is your chance to let us know what you would like to see out of Write Club in 2026, so put your thinking caps on! Possible ideas might include guests we could try to get, workshops we might want/need to do, holidays we could do something fun for, ways to change up our regular meetings, and anything else on your mind!
