Flash Fiction was a huge, if chaotic, success! Here's the highlights:
At 5:15pm, we got word that we needed to move the event into the Theatre. Thanks to a few awesome library staff and Write Clubbers, we were only five minutes late hitting the stage. Big shoutout to everyone who grabbed something and RAN to get our second setup ready for showtime!
Our lineup had no less than SIX changes. Thanks to the folks who jumped in to fill the gaps at the last second! If you'd like to see and/or share the video, you can find it here.
We sold eight copies of the Anthology at the event! I had lots of people ask me before, during, and after the event about buying on Amazon. I'm looking forward to seeing the April sales report from D2D! All proceeds are going towards the library's programming budget to support programs like Write Club. Thanks to everyone who has been promoting the anthology!

Improv on the Plaza
Tuesday May 20th: 6p Ever wonder "what is improv?" Come to see Etc. Theatre Co. as they explore the boundaries of spontaneous ensemble theatre - they will explain the process and entertain the crowd. Etc. was formed in 2008 and includes a cast of characters from all walks of Birmingham night life. Become a part of live theatre on the Plaza stage!
