Sundays, 8:00 am - 8:15 am Start the week off right with this mindfulness meditation. While it is kid and teen focused, this meditation on Facebook Live can be utilized by all ages. Welcome to ten minutes of calm.

Tuesdays, 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm Join Amy each week as she demonstrates a super fun science experiment on Facebook Live. Stop by the Grass Valley Library to pick up a kit so you can do the experiment too! Ages 4-12.

Wednesday, January 6, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Once a month, grab a book box from your favorite library during curbside/open hours. Each box will contain a book plus other items that follow the month's theme. There will be Zoom rooms for pre-readers, early readers, school-age, and high school. Head over to the Break Out Book Club on January 20th to discuss your box. This month, the options are: Teen: Fangirl School-age: White Fang Early Reader: Snow Surprise Pre-reader: The Snowy Day

Wednesdays, 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm, sign-up through calendar link above Practice your skills by reading a story out loud to an animal. Early readers and independent readers are invited to read to our friendly and non-judgmental dogs, cats, and other pets through Zoom. In partnership with volunteers, library staff, and the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe.

Friday, January 22, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Unlike Windows 8, Windows 10 actually feels designed for a PC. If you’re a Windows 7 user, you might be surprised to see just how much has changed. Mike will explain the differences and how to feel more at home with Microsoft's newest operating system. (Please make sure Windows 10 has been downloaded and activated on your device before class.)
