• Once Upon a Story Walk
Enjoy a video of La Pintoresca Branch Library’s outdoor story experience with “Once Upon a Walk,” a storybook path leading visitors through a classic fairy tale. Pages of the book are affixed to boards and placed around the library and adjoining park. Families read the story by stopping at each page along the path. Fairy tales are changed on a monthly basis. The path offers families an opportunity to engage with their children by encouraging literacy and physical activity safely outside with social distancing. This outdoor reading experience is available Mondays through Fridays, 9:30 am – 4:30 p.m. weather permitting. When visiting, remember to wear your mask and practice social distancing.
