Teen Events
Teen Advisory Group (TAG) Meeting
Current and prospective TAG members, join us for our monthly meeting.  Help us plan teen programs, give feedback on the YA collection, have your voices heard concerning all things TEEN at the library, and earn volunteer hours.  Snacks will be provided. For more information contact Jenn Deuell at 646-4740 or jennifer.deuell@richmondgov.com.

Innovation Lab
Richmond Public Library’s new Innovation Lab is now open!  The Innovation Lab is a digital lab and makerspace for children, teens, and adults.  In it you will find tools and technology for learning, exploring, designing, creating, and innovating.  Let your imagination run!  
 
Open lab hours are Mondays from 4:00-7:30 pm and Saturdays from 1-4:30 pm with new user orientations Mondays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 1:00 pm.  For more information, visit https://rvalibrary.org/services/innovation-lab/.

Summer Reading Finale - Explore Your World
Summer Reading has come to an end. Join us for a fun filled celebration as we finish Exploring Our World.
Grand Prize drawings will take place at your local branch on Monday, August 12, 2019. Winners will be notified and listed on our website.

Teen Money Camp
Ever wonder what it will be like when you’re out of school and on your own?  Get a glimpse of your financial future with fun games and activities that will give you a range of financial skills.  Find out if your lifestyle, career path and financial choices have you leading the life of luxury or if you’ll need to make changes to your budget.  Everyone who attends will receive some VACU swag and the camp ends with a pizza party! This is a free event for ages 12-18.  Space is limited. Register now!
