Join us for a fun, interactive event where teens will learn about four of the elements that make up the cultural phenomenon known as hip-hop:
Graffiti, MCing, DJing, and Breaking.

SC Student Loan Program 
Thursday, September 18 at 3 p.m. 
The Paying for College presentation provides high school students and their caregivers with tools that will assist them navigate through the process of planning and paying for college. Topics include cost of attendance, where to look for scholarship information, completing the FASFA application, and loans. A representative from the South Carolina Student Loan Corporation will also be available to answer questions related
to planning for college.

Yoga for Kids blends playful activities, storytelling, and yoga poses to nurture physical fitness, mindfulness, and creativity in a supportive environment. This session is tailored for families (all ages) with a selection of yoga mats available for use on a first come, first served basis.

Read with a Therapy Dog
Saturday, September 27 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. 
Build confidence in reading by practicing with a STAR therapy dog. Many studies show that reading skills can often be improved by reading aloud to a therapy dog, an audience that is nonjudgmental.
