Magic Mailbox
Saturday, November 22-December 31
 
Special delivery! Children are invited to use their imagination and practice their writing skills by writing a letter to a magical being and mailing it with our Magic Mailbox. If you could write to a mermaid or leprechaun, what would you say? How about the Tooth Fairy, Santa, Mrs. Claus or the Easter Bunny? If desired, children can also get a response letter if a caregiver's phone number is provided and the letter is mailed by 6 pm on December 19th.

Fall Leaf Wreaths
Tuesday, November 25 at 3 PM
 
Join us for a cozy fall craft! Kids will design and decorate a festive wreath using autumn leaves and seasonal colors, perfect for celebrating the season and sharing a reminder of thankfulness.

Tasty Tales
Saturday, November 29 at 1 PM
 
Get ready for a culinary adventure without the need for a stove! In this hands-on program, children will learn to prepare delicious and healthy no-cook recipes. Space is limited--to register, visit our website or call (843) 766-2546.


 
All-Ages Programs
Toy Drive
October 1-December 5
 
The Cynthia Graham Hurd/St. Andrews Library, in partnership with Be YaSelf, will be hosting a toy drive through December 5. New toys, games, puzzles, and art supplies for children can be brought to the library, and all donations will be given to Be YaSelf for distribution. Email smithp@ccpl.org for more information.

 Storytimes
 *Hurd/St. Andrews is serving as a polling location on Tuesday, November 4, so the branch will be open but there will be no preschool storytime that day. Also, no storytimes will be held on Tuesday, November 11 and Thursday, November 27 because all CCPL branches will be closed on those days.  

Baby Storytime
Thursday, November 6, 13, and 20 at 10:30 AM*
 
Enjoy songs, movement, and a story followed by baby playtime. Geared towards children ages 0-24 months with a caregiver.
 
 
Toddler Storytime
Wednesday, November 5, 12, 19, and 26 at 10:30 AM
 
Enjoy songs, movement and a story followed by toddler playtime. Geared towards children ages 2-3 years old with a caregiver.

 
Preschool Storytime
Tuesday, November 18 and 25 at 10:30 AM*
 
Enjoy stories, songs, movement, and activities that reinforce early literacy skills. Geared towards children ages 3-5 with a caregiver.
