Grand County Library District's Summer Library Program is designed for people of all ages and abilities and runs through July 31. There is still time to register, participate in activities, and complete the program.
 
If you're in grades K-5 and you've completed your activity log, stop by your local library to pick up an additional challenge to earn a $10 gift card to Granby Ace Hardware! Completion deadline: Saturday, August 16

Grand Lake Book Sale - August 9-10

Looking for a great deal? Purchase books that are almost new for friends and family. DVDs and movies are also available.
 
Books are for sale all year long at all five library locations and at the Fraser Valley Rec Center, Mid-Town Cafe in Granby, and Grand Lake Recreation/Community Center.

Learn about Pop Art, Cubism, and Recycling forms of art with Michael Albert, a celebrated artist and educator known for his innovative approach to art and his dedication to inspiring creativity in others. Albert is the author of an artist autobiography titled, An Artist's America (Henry Holt, 2008) and is nationally known for making collage artworks from cereal boxes and other printed cardboard consumer packages. Hands-on collage workshop to follow Michael's presentation.
