How do I find a FREE copy of the Mississippi Driver's Handbook and practice for my test? Visit the CMRLS website, hover over the tab Digital Library, and move down the pull down menu to Virtual Reference Collection. That pull down menu includes MS Drivers Handbook & Tests. That's it! Click, set up a free account so that you can save your work. You have access to the handbooks and practice tests for car, motorcycle, and CDL. Each section has several practice tests and an Exam Simulator which mimics the experience of a DPS exam, pulling random questions from a huge database with new questions every time you re-take it.
