Curl up for a cozy storytime with local author and storyteller Thad Krasnesky as he shares his hilarious and heartwarming children's books. Special guests from the Leavenworth Humane Society, a few adorable and adoptable cats, will be on hand to “listen” along.
Want to help support pets at the Leavenworth County Humane Society? We will be collecting donations in the Children’s Department now through Nov. 1. The wish list includes:

Wicked Party
Saturday, Nov. 15 | 1-3 p.m. | All ages
"La la, la la...We're gonna be popular!" Join us as we defy gravity with a celebration of the musical Wicked and the upcoming release of the movie sequel Wicked: For Good. Costumes encouraged! Meet Elphaba and Glinda, dance through life at the OzDust Silent Disco, participate in the scavenger hunt, escape room, games, costume contest and register for prize drawings for movie tickets, DVDs and a Wicked board game!

Side-by-Side Yoga

Stretch, move and play together! This fun yoga class blends music, movement and simple poses for grown-ups and toddlers to enjoy side-by-side. It's a fun, active way to build balance, coordination and connection through songs, stretches and lots of smiles. Please bring your own yoga mat. 
 
Creation Station: Silly Pumpkins
age 6-12

Build your own silly pumpkin! Create a jack-o’-lantern character with a funny face, goofy details, and lots of personality. Perfect for elementary kids who love to craft and get creative.
Teen Vibes: Haunted Portrait Painting

Each week we'll mix it up with a variety of activities - whether it's board games, quiz shows, video games, crafts or food nights! It's all about having fun, trying new things and connection with friends.
