LONG ISLAND READS 2018 WITH ASTRONAUT MIKE MASSIMINO Sunday, April 15 2:00pm-3:30pm Long Island astronaut Mike Massimino, author of the spellbinding memoir Spaceman, the 2018 Long Island Reads selection, will speak on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 2pm at the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts. All amateur photographers are invited to submit up to 5 photos for our juried photography contest. Entry forms and guidelines are available at the library and on the website. Submissions are due by 5PM on Sunday, April 15. Winners will be announced at the contest gala on Saturday, May 19 at 2PM. Participants and their families are invited to attend. All photo entries will be displayed in the library after the gala.
