Teen Craft Table: Ojos de Dios
Drop in, no registration required
Starting Monday, August 11th
Stop by the Teen Room starting Monday to create an “Ojos de Dios”, a woven cross craft! We will provide all the supplies and instructions. Everything will be available until supplies run out!
 
 Creative Writing Workshop * (Ages 13-18)
Registration Required
Thursdays: August 14th, August 21st, August 28th at 3:00PM
Get your creative juices flowing at this workshop led by Co-Editor of the Madison High School Glyphs Literary Magazine in the Conference Room. Prepare yourself for a short writing prompt and feedback with your peers, and improve your writing skills and gain confidence in your work!
 
STEM With Jen! * (Ages 7-11)

Monday, August 18th at 4:00 PM
Come join us for a fun STEM activity in the Chase Room! Best suited for ages 7-11 years old. This month we will be assembling some hover cars. Please make sure you can blow up a balloon before joining us!

 
Teen Art Break: Bookmark Making * (Ages 12-18)
Registration Required
Monday, August 18th at 7:00 PM
Join us in the Chase Room to make bookmarks! We will have paint and colored pencils available to design your own bookmarks. Some examples will be shown to get the ideas flowing.

LEGO CLUB * (Ages 5-10)
Drop in, no registration required
Wednesday, August 20th from 2:00-4:00 PM
We'll provide the LEGO bricks, you provide the imagination!
This program will take place on the children's side of the library. 
 
VIRTUAL: The Princeton Review: Finding Your Dream Colleges (Ages 14 and up)
Registration Required: Wednesday, August 20th at 7:00 PM
Register for "Finding Your Dream Colleges", a virtual presentation that is part of The Princeton Review's College Readiness Webinar Series. There is a college out there for everyone, and thousands of colleges across the country. This presentation will help students discover what a dream college means for them, and help them find their best fit.
 
Game Time * (Ages 5-10)
Drop in, no registration required
Friday, August 22nd from 2:00-4:00 PM
Test your skills and play any number of board games available for use!
This program will take place in the children's room. 

 
Baby Time! * (Ages birth-15 months)
Drop in, no registration required
Tuesday, August 26th  at 10:00 AM
A lapsit for our littlest patrons! Join us for songs, fingerplays, stories, and whatever else we can fit into our 20 minute session designed specifically for babies 15 months and younger. 
 
Rhyme Time! * (Ages 16 months - 3 years)
Registration Required: Tuesday, August 26th at 10:30 AM
Stories, songs, music and rhymes! Join us for an action packed storytime session best suited for children ages 16 months to three years.
