Summer Library Tour
July 1 through August 31
Bring your Summer Tour booklet with you as you visit public libraries
all around Suffolk County. Stop by the Circulation Desk in either library building to pick up your free booklet and get started. As you travel around the County, find the unique Prehistoric Creature at each library, then locate their Stamp Station to receive a stamp, sticker, and collectible prehistoric creature trading card.
Have fun exploring the public libraries of Suffolk County this summer!

The Welcome Quilt Project is a nationwide community art initiative in which children and
adults create fabric squares with messages of hope, dignity, and belonging for immigrants.
The squares are sewn into quilts that are displayed in public spaces to foster compassion, encourage dialogue, and celebrate the contributions of immigrants to our communities.
Quilt designed by the children of St. John’s Episcopal Church, Huntington, and sewn
by Linda Holm.
