This high-energy class transforms traditional yoga into a fun, educational adventure perfect for growing bodies and minds. Through interactive storytelling, games, and basic yoga poses, your child will build physical coordination, body awareness, and self-confidence. Mindful Movers

Connect, flow, and glow from the inside out! This class is designed to help pre-teens navigate stress, build resilience, and discover the power of the mind-body connection. The session features a dynamic yoga flow paired with calming breathwork, guided meditation, and inspiring journal prompts. Please bring a yoga mat or let the Library know in advance if

Registration for the following Teen Volunteer Opportunities begins November 2.
Open to students in grades 7–12.
Open only to Northport-East Northport Public Library cardholders.
 
All volunteer items are to be picked up from the Northport Teen Center by November 18 and returned by November 30 to earn community service credit. You may choose a maximum of two volunteer opportunities in addition to Teen Advisory Board.
