Downtown Parry Sound StoryWalk®
A StoryWalk® is a fun outdoor activity that places a children’s book, page by page, throughout Downtown Parry Sound. Kids and their families have the opportunity to enjoy reading a book while strolling through Parry Sound at their leisure.
StoryWalk® will be displayed July 2nd to August 30th, 2024.

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT, and was developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
Summer Literacy Program
A structured literacy program based on the Science of Reading. Registration Required. 6 week program designed for ages 5 to 8.
One hour sessions on Tuesdays, July 9th to August 13th.
Two session times available; Session A - 10 am or Session B - 11 am.
Located in the library auditorium (not wheelchair accessible)
Registration: Please register at the Parry Sound Public Library. Due to demand, only one 1 hour session (A or B) per week is available per child.

Test your Imagineering skills with Science North's exciting hands-on
and interactive stations! Visitors will use the engineering method
to brainstorm, design, and test various engineering and
architecture challenges!
From building and testing your very own race car and marble tracks
to learning about electricity by building circuits, this event is sure to engage future engineers of all ages!
