Dates to Remember - We will be closed on Monday, April 20 in observance of Patriots' Day.
- Saturday, April 25 is the Friends' Book and Bake Sale from 10 AM - 1 PM.
- The migration from OCLN's current software to the new software begins Mon., April 27 and we will be offline from 4/27- 4/29.
- Our new system is scheduled to go live on Thursday, April 30.

CARDS We will not be able to create new or replacement cards during the week of 4/27.
|
CHECKOUTS You will NOT be able to check out any items without a physical or digital card in hand.
|
RETURNS You can return items during this time, however they will not be checked in until the new system has gone live.
|
HOLDS You will not be able to place holds during the transition period. Also, items in transit will not be received until the new system is live. Consider placing necessary holds early to avoid disruption.
|
PASSES We will not be able to check out passes. If you have a pass booked, you will need to be sure you have it picked up or sent to your email by Saturday, April 25.

Hoopla/Libby/Search We will be offline, meaning you will NOT have access to any of these services during our transition period. We suggest downloading any Hoopla or Libby content to your device on or before April 25.

ocln.org The catalog address will not change but it will look completely different. We hope you take time to explore the new site and all the features that come with it!

LOGGING IN Once the new system goes live any letters in your pin will be converted to uppercase. You will need to use uppercase letters when logging in. If you forget your password, follow the prompts on the screen.

Checkouts/Holds/ History Once we go live all of these things should be located in the new system in due time. If you have any questions, please ask!

Earth Day Craft You probably know what that means! Our regularly scheduled REGISTERED programming (Preschool Story Hour, Preschool Playgroup and Registered Toddler Time) will all be on vacation that week too. However, our drop-in Family Story Hour on Saturday will still be up and running. Mr. Jonathan will be running a super fun and special "Recycled Cardboard Robots" craft at 3:30 on April 22 for students in grades 1 and up. Registration will be online and in the Children's Room starting on April 8. Stop by the Children's Room or download a printable calendar with all our events.

Little Bee Yoga Monday, April 6 Mindfulness is an amazing skill to have at any age and yoga is a fantastic way to practice. Miss Christine of Little Bee Yoga is here once a month on Mondays from 1:30 - 2:15 for our little yogis ages 3-5 and their caregivers. All participants need to bring a yoga mat or a towel and wear comfy clothing. This is a drop-in program which is a great experience for both the children AND their accompanying adult. No registration necessary. We hope to see you there. Namaste.

Books, Cooks, Crafts and More April is blooming with books and events of all kinds. We have a wide variety of book club selections and you just can't top the toppings we hope to see on Pizza Night with our Cooking Club. Our crafting group will be creating seashell mason jars that just might remind you of walks on the beach or chasing fireflies at dusk as a child. From March Madness to Mosaics By now, you have probably come to expect some sort of fun activity, craft or challenge as soon as you step in our doors. In April we will be asking you to decorate a popsicle stick to help us create a mosaic. Community artwork always makes us smile and we can't wait to see what we can create together this month.
