City of Girls by Elizabeth Gilbert (Best Fiction 2020) - This historical novel about young women finding their ways in 1940s New York City benefits from a lively reading by Blair Brown. Angels in America by Tony Kushner (Best Drama 2020) - The Tony Award winning play translates beautifully to audio with a full cast performance. Hey, Kiddo by Jarrett Krosoczka (Best Young Adult 2020) - If you have ever wondered what a graphic novel sounds like as an audiobook, this one is terrific! Krosoczka shares his personal story of being raised by his grandparents and his relationship with his drug addicted mother. Educated by Tara Westover (Best Autobiography/Memoir and Best Female Narrator 2019) In this extraordinary memoir, perfectly read by Julia Whelan, we enter Westover's world growing up in an isolated family and the journey that took her to Harvard and Cambridge Universities. Lincoln in the Bardo by George Sanders (Audiobook of the Year 2018) - This full cast reading of Sanders' first novel defies comparison. A moving story of Abraham Lincoln's good-bye to his dead child. History, humor, love and loss are all wrapped up here. I am ready to listen to this one again! Born a Crime by Trevor Noah (Best Male Narrator 2018) - Narrated by the author, this best-selling memoir explains Noah's upbringing through storytelling, many about the amazing women around him.
