Concert: The Levins present a Literary Musicale Sunday, May 23 at 2:00 pm Celebrate the lives and works of select poets and authors through music, from Shakespeare to Dickens, Hafiz to Hesse, Dorothy Parker to Maya Angelou and even a nod to great writers of classic science fiction. This light-hearted romp celebrates literary giants through humor and original music produced by award winning, New York-based singer-songwriters and performers, Ira and Julia Levin.

Wednesday, May 5 at 6:00pm If you're fully vaccinated or almost there, you may be wondering what activities public health officials consider safe or what precautions you should still take. Join us for an information session organized by researchers from Rutgers. Mayor Kramer and other public health experts will answer your questions about COVID-19 vaccines, recovery, and navigating the ever-changing guidelines in our community as more people are vaccinated. |

Sorry, No Sugar Today: a Fun Food History Lecture on WWII Rationing Tuesday, May 4 at 6:30 pm What challenges did Americans face throughout WWII as a result of wartime rationing? We'll analyze wartime recipes with necessary ingredient substitutions using real ration books and explore the ins and outs of the ration system. Presenter Sarah Lohman is a culinary historian and the author of the bestselling book Eight Flavors: The Untold Story of American Cuisine.

This is a perfect opportunity to experience authentic Tai Chi training, also referred to as 'Meditation in Motion.' Presented by Dr. Gang Huang, the founder of 'Seeking Tai Chi.'

Chair Yoga Thursdays, May 13 and 27 at 11am Open to all levels of practice and abilities, this gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Although much of the class will be done seated in a chair, the option to practice standing poses to improve balance, strength and flexibility are also included. This class is perfect for stress relief and overall well-being. Presented by yoga instructor Shanti.

Zumba Gold Chair & Chair PilatesWednesdays at 2pm Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Zumba incorporates easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. Chair Pilates is a mind-body class based on Pilates principles, using the chair for support and balance as well as various fun props, and incorporating breathing, stretching and strengthening for the whole body! English as a Second Language ClassEvery Tuesday in May at 2:00 pm A free, basic ESL conversation group led by an experienced, NJ-certified ESL teacher. Offered to ESL students who have a basic working knowledge of English and wish to gain more confidence speaking English alongside other students. The group is not appropriate for people who cannot speak basic English.

Jewelry Class: Faux Pearl Earrings Mondays, May 10 and 17 at 6:30pm Use needle, thread, and bead weaving technique to create elegant light weight designer style earrings. All materials will be provided for pickup prior to the class Registration is required as space is limited. Patrons may only register for one of the two sessions. Only register and pickup materials if you can commit to attending the class. Registration opens on April 19th at 10 AM.
