Join us for a weekly hour of story time in Spanish, activities and snacks. These classes support brain development and social skills, and are led in Spanish. We are excited to invite families to our early literacy story times. Designed for all ages, we will enjoy stories, songs, and action rhymes in the Community Room. Sitting still is not a requirement for storytime. Young children can reap the benefits of storytelling and songs even while wandering. Give it a try. We would love to see you! Con gran emoción deseamos invitar a todas las familias a nuestra hora de cuentos para respaldar la alfabetización temprana, creada para peques de todas las edades y presentada en nuestra Sala Comunitaria. Disfrutaremos de historias, canciones y juegos que combinan las rimas con el movimiento. 10:30-11:15AM The ‘Move with Me’ Program is designed to introduce littles (18 months to 3 years plus a caregiver) to the joys of dance. Using fun, interactive music, props, and make-believe, we will practice listening to music, following directions, and moving our bodies to the beats! A healthy snack will be provided. El programa ‘Move with Me’ (Muévete conmigo) está diseñado para sumergir a las personitas entre los 18 meses y los 3 años de edad (y una persona adulta a su cuidado) en la alegría que nos ofrece la danza. Utilizando música divertida e interactiva, accesorios e imaginación, aprenderemos a escuchar música, seguir instrucciones y mover nuestros cuerpos al ritmo del compás a través de la práctica. Every third Wednesday after school, kids 5-11 and their families can come enjoy hands-on science activities.
