As part of Age-Friendly Scarborough, let's go for a walk!
|
This all-ages walking program has two goals in mind: let's get outside for a walk, and let's chat while we do it! For this program, "walking" refers to any ambulatory method along a path, so using a walker, a wheelchair, a scooter, a stroller, or roller-skates all count. Walking Groups run through July 31, for a hundred days of walking! Join us for a party on July 31st to celebrate! June 6 & 13 include added balance exercises with Dr. Jason Adour.
