May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and our goal is to amplify the incredible stories and lived experiences of folks navigating mental health struggles.
📚To find books about mental health, check out our adult non-fiction display or visit our Mental Health Awareness Month book list on our catalog.
📅 To get support for yourself or a loved one in person, meet our Behavioral Health Navigators at the Library. They are in the building every Tuesday from 10 AM-3PM to provide support in noncrisis situations and educate community members on behavioral health resources.
This May let's end the stigma surrounding mental health together as a community.

May is Jewish American Heritage Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the rich culture and achievements of Jewish Americans throughout our country's history.
Stop by our displays in the Children's Room, Teen Center, and Adult Fiction Area to browse our curated selection of titles that spotlight Jewish folk's role in shaping the fabric of American society.

Narcan Training At the Library May 12, at 5:00 PM. Stop by the Los Gatos Library every other Tuesday to be trained in how to use naloxone. This training will be a short training on how to Recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and administer naloxone.

Maker Thursday: Charcuterie Boards May 22, at 4:30 PM. Registration required. Customize a wooden charcuterie/serving board with your own design using Canva and laser etch it with our Glowforge.

This workshop combines mindfulness and art to enhance relaxation and creative self-care, creating a calm and reflective environment for participants to find inner peace. Regardless of your artistic background, this workshop is crafted to help you relax, focus, and express yourself through art and creativity.
