May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and our goal is to amplify the incredible stories and lived experiences of folks navigating mental health struggles.

📚To find books about mental health, check out our adult non-fiction display or visit our Mental Health Awareness Month book list on

📅 To get support for yourself or a loved one in person, meet our Behavioral Health Navigators at the Library. They are in the building every Tuesday from 10 AM-3PM to provide support in noncrisis situations and educate community members on behavioral health resources.

This May let's end the stigma surrounding mental health together as a community.
