Librarian Breanna here!

Last night we had a great time discussing all the themes in The Witch Elm by Tana French. Tana French is an author who I have gone back and forth with on whether or not I'm a fan of her books. It sounded like we were all in agreement that she's a talented writer, but some folks felt it dragged on a bit too long at times. But our discussion even had one of us raising their rating, which was cool to witness!

Next month, we'll be meeting to discuss The Last Policeman by Ben H. Winters. If you were a detective, and knew an asteroid was going to hit Earth in 6 months, would you still bother to be so diligent at solving crimes?
