Sip (Sodas) and Paint on February 17
 
Teens, ages 12 to 18, are invited to Rodman Public Library at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17 for a special art program. Youngsters will sample craft sodas while recreating a winter scene painting with an RPL librarian. The program is free, thanks to support from Friends of Rodman Library, but space is limited and registration is required.

Puzzle Swap Planned at Branch
The Rodman Branch Library will host a Puzzle Swap on Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, patrons of all ages can bring a jigsaw puzzle to the Branch Library and exchange it for another puzzle. Puzzles being brought in to swap should be in good condition and stored in a proper container with a picture of the finished puzzle on the front. Preferably, the puzzles should contain all of its pieces. However, if a puzzle is missing a piece or two, please mark the box as such.

 Teen Book Club
Meets February 18 
 
Rodman Public Library invites teens,
ages 12 to 18, to join the Teen Book Club, which meets every third Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. at the Main Library.
 
The February session
will be held February 18
when the selection will be
The New Girl
by Cassandra Calin. 
Registration is required to attend
the book discussion.

FUN FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY
Tabletop Gaming
 
Tabletop Gaming, a popular all-ages program returns to the Main Library at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3.
 
Each month, a new game will be featured so that patrons can learn a new game. Of course, other games available in the library’s collection will also be available and visitors are always welcome to bring their own games.
 
The free monthly event is held on the first Tuesday of each month. 
 
Nno registration is required to attend the monthly program.
 
Although the program is open to players of all ages, children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Rodman Chess Club 
 
The popular Rodman Chess Club will be held inside the Rodman Auditorium on from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on February 18. Although it is called a club, the program has no formal membership and is open to all interested in the ancient game of strategy. Players of all ages and levels are welcome to come and go throughout the evening. Several boards are set up in the auditorium and players mingle to find opponents. Chess Club is held on the third Wednesday of each month.
