September is
National Library Card
Sign-up Month!

From borrowing books, ebooks, and audiobooks to getting homework help, learning new skills, or attending a book club or story time, a library card helps everyone do more of what they enjoy. All without stretching their budget.

To sign up for a library card or to learn more about the library’s resources and programs, please visit our website.

There’s something for everyone at the library and signing up for a library card is the first step on the path to academic achievement and lifelong learning for students. It's elemental, really—everyone should have one!

During September, your library will host Library Card Sign-up activities. Visit our online calendar for more details.

Did you know we offer a library card specifically for kids, ages 0 to 18, and vulnerable adults? It is called the CMRLS Acorn Card! The Acorn Card allows two books to be checked out at a time with no late fines! See your librarian today and grab the best card ever—a library card!
Family Craft Night
Yay, for Library Card Sign Up Month! This month for our Family Craft Night, we will celebrate by reading "If You Ever Want to Bring a Circus to the Library, Don't" and making some adorable corner bookmarks. And, while you are here, you can sign up for a library card so you can check out some amazing books on subjects you enjoy.
Teen/Tween Game Night
Our Teen/Tween Night this month will be a craft night. If you enjoy crafting, you won't want to miss this event. We will have some craft supplies for you to use, or you can bring your own. There will also be lots of yummy snacks to enjoy while you craft.
Adult & Senior Adult
