National Library Week April 7-13, 2019 Note from Director Mara Villa Polk: National Library Week is an AWESOME way to celebrate libraries. CMRLS offers many different types of programs for everyone. Monday, April 8: State of America's Libraries Report released, including Top Ten Frequently Challenged Books of 2018. Tuesday, April 9: National Library Workers Day, a day for library staff, administrators, and Friends groups to recognize the valuable contributions made by all library workers. #nlwd19 Wednesday, April 10: National Bookmobile Day, a day to recognize the contributions of our nation's bookmobiles and the dedicated professionals who make high-quality bookmobile outreach possible in their communities. #BookmobileDay2019

Preschool Story Time Come join us every Tuesday at 10:30 for our Pre-School Story Time. On April 2nd We will be having a special Story time with Winnie The Pooh! Come sing and meet Pooh and have your picture taken . Friends of the Library will be taking pictures for $1 each to help support summer programming. April 11th at 5p.m. The Easter Bunny will be at the Library! Come join the fun and have your picture taken and make an Easter craft. Pictures will be made by the Friends of the Library for $1 each to help support programming. Also, on April 18th We will be having Tween craft night. We will be making decorative paper out of shaving cream.

APRIL 4TH Will be Ladies Movie Night! We will be playing Mamma Mia 2: Here We Go Again Produced By: Universal Pictures Rating:(pg-13) Run Time 1 hour, 54 mins This even is free April 29th the CMRLS Libraries will be closed for Team Development. Regular Library hours will resume Tuesday April 30.
