Did you know...CMRLS Libraries can now help you "get fit?" Yes! You may check out fitness kits (FIT KIT, for short) if you want to start a new exercise regimen, just can't get to the gym for a while, or even hold an exercise class with your friends! These Fit Kits range from small two-pound neoprene dumbbells to a boxing workout kit; ankle/wrist weights to a 12-pound weighted vest; aerobic steps to wobble or swivel boards! Use this link to see what's available or search FIT KIT in the online catalog. An adult, any cardholder who is 18 years old and older, may check out two kits at a time -- and the length of check out is 4 (FOUR) weeks! The collection of fitness kits is housed at the Pearl Library but any kit can be delivered to the CMRLS library nearest you. Ask about FIT KITs at your library! ----------
