by Shelby Van Pelt Kathie's Pick Although I would not have chosen this book for myself, I really enjoyed it. It was a heartwarming read about grief, loneliness, and an unlikely friendship. It is set to become a Netflix movie in May 2026 with Sally Field set to play the lead role. Gothikana* by RuNyx Chelsea's Pick The way the author describes the school makes it sound beautiful and really puts you in the book's setting. The twists and turns throughout the book left me wondering what would happen next. *Be aware there are some spicy parts in this book. The Magician's Nephew by C.S. Lewis Gaelon's Pick For those young enough to start reading fairy tales, for those old enough to start reading them again, and for those of any age who really know what homesickness is, this is your read. If you like the story, I encourage you to continue on with the other books in C.S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia series. The Betrothed by Kiera Cass Lariza's Pick I enjoyed this book not only because of the romance in the story, but because it follows Lady Hollis Brite's path of personal growth after being thrown into the complicated world of the royal court.
