Preschool Story Time: Join us every Wednesday for our Preschool Story Time. This month our theme is Lifelong Learning. Each story time has stories, songs, crafts, and playtime. Homeschool Hour: On November 21 at 1:00 p.m., we will be welcoming our guest speakers from the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. They will be speaking to us about their culture and history. Lego Club: The Lego Club is open to Lego lovers of all ages. We meet on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. Chess Club: The first Saturday of the month is the meeting for the Scott County Chess Club. Players of all levels are welcome and encouraged to join. |

Senior Book Club: Join us on November 4 at 2:00 p.m. for our monthly meeting of the Senior Book Club. This book club typically meets on the second Tuesday of the month, but will be meeting earlier due to the library being closed for Veterans Day. Tech Tuesday: Join us on November 18 for our second Tech Tuesday. Internet safety is essential today, and it can be hard to understand how to stay safe. We will review common scams and provide internet safety tips. In other news, the Forest Public Library will have extended hours on November 15. Instead of closing at noon, we will be closing at 2:00 p.m. as we work with the Forest Area Chamber for the Downtown Christmas Market. So stop by and take a rest or check out a book for the holiday season! |
