All CMRLS Libraries will be closed Friday, February 6, for Team Development. Regular library hours will resume on Saturday, February 7, for branches with regular Saturday hours. All CMRLS Libraries will be closed on Monday, February 16, for a federal holiday. Regular Library hours will resume on Tuesday, February 17. Happy Valentine's Day from CMRLS! February is Library Lovers Month! This month celebrates YOU and your love for the library! Tell us why you love the library—whether it is because you were able to study in silence for that big test, it is where you found your next big adventure in that thrill-seeking book, you saved hundreds by using the resources at the library, or you used the computers to help you score that amazing job! This month, be sure to tell your community and elected officials why you LOVE the library and why it is important in your life. 
Every year, children and teens across Mississippi are encouraged to vote for their favorite books in the Magnolia Book Award, with titles grouped into four age categories. Voting takes place in February, so be sure to visit your local library to check out these books and cast your vote!  DIY Valentines & Cookie ArtThursday, February 5 at 4:00 p.m. Bring the family for our Valentine's celebration. We'll be making fun valentines to share with someone special. After our craft we will have a tasty time decorating sugar cookies to enjoy or pass along with your handmade Valentine. |

Tuesday, February 10 at 10:00 a.m. Come hang out with Mrs. Kathie for our Valentine-themed story hour. We'll be sharing some fun books, dancing to silly songs, and creating a cute craft to go along with our theme. |

 Thursday, February 19 at 4:30 p.m. Join us of our monthly bingo night. We have lots of laughs, yummy snacks, and fun prizes. Remember that seating is limited so be sure to arrive early to grab yours. |

Movie Monday Monday, February 23 at 4:00 p.m. Come hang out with us for a fun movie. We will be watching the 2008 Lions Gate films, The Longshots. It's based on an inspiring true story. The film runs for about 1 hour and 35 minutes. It is rated PG - mostly just some light language and themes. Plus, popcorn will be on us. |
