 MDOT Rollover Simulation

Ever wonder what happens when a car flips over? The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) is bringing its Rollover Simulator to show kids just how important seat belts really are! Using a special vehicle that turns upside down, kids will see what a real crash might look like—and learn how seat belts keep us safe. MDOT safety experts will teach kids why buckling up is one of the smartest things they can do in a car.

Intro to Violins for Teens

Curious about the violin, teens? Join us for an Intro to Violins class, taught by violin instructor Temperance Steiskal. This fun, hands-on program is perfect for beginners—no experience needed! Learn the basics, try out a few notes, and see if the violin is your next passion.

Due to a staff training meeting, CMRLS branches will be closed on Monday, November 10, so we will be meeting at Flowood's Panera Bread location instead!
