Children and their grown-ups will enjoy stories, songs, and crafts during this time designed for parent/guardian and child interaction. Please arrive a few minutes early to receive a name tag. For ages birth-5 years, with an adult.

Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) Celebration

Join us as we celebrate this special Mexican holiday with a showing of the short film “Funny Bones.” Stay to make a craft and enjoy some treats. A family program for all ages.

We are now offering the same Story Time twice a week. You pick the day that's best for you! Children and their grown-ups will enjoy stories, songs and crafts by our Story Time Crew during this program designed for parent/guardian and child interaction. Smart Phone Projector: STEAM for Teens

We’ll provide all the materials you need to make a projector for your smart phone. Watch videos and view photos on a “big screen.” Limited to the first 20 attendees. This program is for ages 11 through 18 years (if still in high school).

Ozobots

The Lego Batman Movie
Wednesday, November 22, 1:00 pm
Library Meeting Room
LEGO Batman stars in his own big screen adventure! There are big changes in Gotham, and if LEGO Batman wants to save the city from the Joker’s hostile takeover, he may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up! Children under 18 are eligible to win a copy of the movie. Light refreshments will be available. You must arrive by 1:30 p.m. to receive a chance to win the DVD. Rated PG.

1,000 Books before Kindergarten
Register at any time for this free program designed to promote language development and a love of reading in young children. Your child will receive a special surprise (choice of an age-appropriate book or CD) for each set of 100 books that are read to them (or that they read on their own). For children ages birth through entering kindergarten.
