Holiday Hours & Closings
The library will close at noon on Friday, Dec. 22. We are open 9 am - 6 pm on Saturday, Dec. 23. The library will be closed Sunday, Dec. 24, and Monday, Dec. 25. We will also be closed Sunday, Dec. 31, and Monday, January 1.

Hat & Mitten Tree / Food Drive
The library is collecting mittens, gloves, hats and scarves during the holiday season to decorate our holiday tree. Donations will be sent to the Salvation Army. Also, the library is collecting non-perishable food items for the local food pantry. A box will be located near the Circulation Desk through January 5.

Checking Your Blood Pressure

Community Advocates of Northern Indiana will present “Checking your Blood Pressure.” The presentation begins at 10:00 am followed by free blood pressure screenings. Unchecked blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attacks, and other health issues. Be wise and stop by!

Monday Musicale will present a variety of traditional Christmas music. The purpose of the group is to heighten musical interest in the community, which it accomplishes through musical performances and the awarding of scholarships to aspiring musicians. Donations to the Salvation Army food pantry will be accepted.
