Haunted Gingerbread HousesMonday, October 28 4-5 pm Use your imagination to create spiderwebs, ghosts and other spooky details for your gingerbread house. All supplies will be provided.

Teens join us as Masila from Swatch and Paint teaches us how to paint using a variety of acrylics. We will work together on creating a piece called 'Pumpkin Dream'. All materials for the class will be provided.

Celebrate the Festival of Lights, an Indian holiday! Learn about Diwali with a 10 minute presentation by Ankith Nagabandi then create a Paper Lantern, a clay lamp 'Diya,' and a Diwali Door Hanger. Ages 4+

Libraries Face Changes in Ebook Landscape Part 2: Last month, we discussed how many of large publishers are changing how library users can access ebooks. It is impacting the way libraries can provide e-resources. The American Library Association created an online petition at eBooksForAll.org for members of the public to urge Macmillan Publishers CEO John Sargent to reverse the proposed embargo on e-books sold to libraries. Please feel to let the publishers know that you want #eBooksForAll.
