Exploring the Solar System Tuesday, June 27 6:30 PM Join us for a special star-gazing event with Chris Markewicz of the Astronomical Society of Greater Hartford. We will discuss the starry night sky and give people an opportunity to explore the solar system with the library's telescope. See the moon, Jupiter and the stars!

SCORE - Business Counseling Sessions1st Monday of each month, 12:30 pm-4:30 pm(1 hour appointments) (NOTE: Second or Third Monday during months of January, July & September) The library is now partnering with SCORE - a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentorship. SCORE has nearly 50 years of experience in providing mentors, workshops, counseling and tools for growing businesses. SCORE is supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration. One hour counseling appointments are available at the library on the 1st Monday of every month.

Minecraft for Grades 6-12Minecraft is changing nights and hours. Please contact Mike for information about new dates. Do you like Minecraft? Come to the library and game with your friends on the library's own Minecraft server! Users can log into the server from anywhere they have an internet connection. Further, the library has meeting times once a week so that you can game together with your friends!

The Connecticut State Library Board is currently considering changes to the Connecticut "Deliver-IT" service. The service is the one that allows Rocky Hill patrons to request items from other libraries and/or return items borrowed at other libraries to Rocky Hill. We will keep people informed of any changes to the "DeliverIT" services.
