Fees for counselling programs are based on a sliding scale, and no-one will be refused services due to financial reasons. Call 403-945-3900 to complete an intake and be connected to a counsellor. Call-In counselling is available Thursdays 2:30-7pm and Fridays 1-3pm. A positive and relaxed environment to learn stress reducing and self-soothing techniques that encourage self-care and holistic healing. Thursday, May 6, 2021, 1:30 pm-3:00 pm Children’s Programs Virtual Play We invite you and your children between 0 and 8 years old to join us for play activities and parenting tips during our 4-week session of Virtual Play Dates. We will lead you and your children through a different interactive play activity each week while sharing a wide variety of parenting tips along the way. Topics include: Transitions, Healthy Eating, Sharing, and Indoor Physical Activity. Each family will also receive a FREE kit of program materials! This session runs from the week of April 12th and ends the week of May 3rd. You can register for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. or Thursday evenings from 6:00 – 6:30 p.m. Seniors Programs Community Presentations - Scams (Registration deadline April 28, 2021) For adults 55+ and their family members This informative presentation will help you to learn about: how to recognize a scam, examples of fraudulent communications, how to protect yourself from Identity Theft and new COVID-19 scams.
