Construction Will Impact Post Falls Library Egress Post Falls Highway District will install a new traffic light at the intersection of Mullan and Spokane. Preparation of the site is underway and installation should be finished by early November. Drivers are cautioned to be careful at the entrances and exits, especially with school in session.
